SEABBATICAL Modern Ocean Voyaging - We are trying to make it more affordable to go cruising around the world on a part time basis. Rather than chuck the job and sell the house here is a chance to take a leave of absence and go on a seabbatical for a month or a year. Sail that part of the world you have always wanted to. Maybe it's the Lesser Antilles, Belize or the San Blas. The cost is more in line with fractional ownership with none of the hassles of partnership or upfront capital costs. Normally to go cruising with us for a month, the cost is about what you pay to charter a similar boat for a week or two. Only a little more than it would cost if you owned the boat yourself but, you are only paying for the time that you are on it, not the whole year.
