Note: From now until April 15, registration is limited to members of the clubs that are sponsoring and hosting the course, the AOSA and the EYC. After April 15, registration will be open to any person who is interested.
Once the course is full up to its capacity of 12 people, individuals who are still interested will have the option to put their names on a waiting list.
If participants cancel out of the course, people on the waiting list will be contacted and given the option to register.

If you cancel your registration prior to August 1, 2015, then you will be issued a full refund of whatever you paid.
If you cancel your registration on or after August 1, then a full
refund will be issued IF YOUR SLOT IN THE COURSE CAN BE FILLED
FROM THE WAITING LIST. If nobody else fills your slot, then
your total fee becomes non-refundable.
The majority of our costs are fixed whether you show up or not. We're just hoping that you don't cancel at all. After all, we are going to have a ton of fun together!!
